Our Policies

At SoCalMercedesParts.com, we're dedicated to customer satisfaction. We do everything in our power to make sure you get the right part for your Mercedes-Benz as fast as possible and at the best price. We also want to ensure you that the part will work, and be in great shape. We don't send out worn parts, and that's why we warranty all the parts we sell whether it's new or used. All our used parts carry a 6-month guarantee. See below for details.

Sales Tax:

SoCal Mercedes Parts charges a 8.250% sales tax to customers located in California. Tax is applied only to the items purchased and not to the shipping price.

Shipping:

We ship items through FedEx, unless otherwise specified, or in the case of larger packages when it is more economical through other services.

If you are in the Southern California area and prefer to pick up your parts to avoid shipping costs please let us know.

Return Policy:

SoCal Mercedes Parts is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our parts, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). Returns will only be accepted if the item:

Is in its original packaging
Has not been used, installed, or disassembled
Has not been damaged due to incorrect installation
Does not have missing parts or hardware
Has a Return Authorization Number
Is property of SoCalMercedesParts

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or special orders
Electrical Parts and Components (such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc.)

Non-Defective parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

New Part Warranty:

1 year money back guarantee or exchange
No warranty on electrical parts unless otherwise stated before purchase

Used Part Warranty:

6-month money back guarantee or exchange
No warranty on electrical parts unless otherwise stated before purchase

Return Procedure:

If you have a return, defective part, or core please fill out a Return Request Form. If you do not have your invoice number, please indicate when your parts were purchased and your full name. You will then be emailed a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in 3-4 business days.
When you receive your RA#, package the part securely and write your RA# clearly on the outside of the box. Parts without an RA# will not be accepted!
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the part, and verified that the return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales tax will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Core Returns:

If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our Return Request Form. Please note:

All fluids must be drained from the core
The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
Your core will be inspected to determine if the it is able to be rebuilt
Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.

Labor:

No warranty or reimbursement on labor under any circumstances.
